Summary:
The Estimation Engineer will play a critical role in the interior fit-out division by delivering accurate cost estimates BOQs and tender submissions for commercial residential retail and office projects across the UAE. This position is essential to ensuring project feasibility budget adherence and competitive tendering. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project procurement and supplier teams to drive cost-effective solutions maintain market pricing records and support pre-construction planning. This is a key opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a growing organization with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and tender documents for interior fit-out projects
Review project drawings specifications and client requirements to ensure accurate estimation
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations
Manage material sourcing and support procurement activities
Analyze and evaluate project costs including labor materials and subcontractor pricing
Collaborate with project and procurement teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control
Maintain up-to-date records of supplier pricing and market rates
Support project planning and cost control during the pre-construction phase
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of UAE-based experience in interior fit-out estimation
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
In-depth knowledge of UAE fit-out materials suppliers and subcontractors
Proven experience in material management and procurement coordination
Strong communication analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office and estimation-specific software
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
