Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Civil 3D Draftsman to support our engineering operations in the UAE. This role is critical to the successful execution of large-scale marine civil and infrastructure projects requiring precision technical expertise and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will play a key part in developing detailed technical drawings and engineering layouts ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and engineering layouts for construction projects
Develop grading plans profiles sections utility layouts roadworks drawings and infrastructure details
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to align drawings with project requirements and site conditions
Update and revise drawings in response to consultant feedback and construction changes
Maintain organized records of drawings revisions and technical documentation
Provide accurate drafting support to engineering and site teams during project execution
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an AutoCAD Civil 3D Draftsman
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and adherence to engineering drafting standards
Experience in marine construction infrastructure civil works or earthworks projects is advantageous
Ability to interpret technical drawings site data and engineering specifications
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
UAE or GCC project experience is preferred
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
