Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally in both English and Arabic

- Prepare quotations invoices and basic performance reports
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely order processing
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Perform basic office administrative tasks including filing data entry and document management
Requirements

- Prior experience in tele sales telemarketing customer service or administrative roles in the UAE (preferred)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
