Key Responsibilities:

• Manage rental properties and leasing activities efficiently.

• Handle tenant inquiries, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes smoothly.

• Monitor rent collections and address outstanding payments promptly.

• Coordinate property viewings and conduct thorough tenant screening.

• Foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants to promote positive interactions.

• Ensure strict compliance with lease agreements and company policies at all times.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or rental property management.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of UAE rental market practices is advantageous.
