Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferably within hospitality or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets property laws and transaction procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with real estate software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate license as required by state regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications or training in real estate sales and hospitality management are a plus.
