Quantity Surveyor Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a detail oriented Cost Engineer to support cost management and financial control activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering cost control or commercial support within design and or construction projects

• Familiarity with budgeting forecasting cost reporting and change management processes

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management tools and Excel

• Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable

• Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cost plans

• Track actual costs against forecasts and report variances

• Assist in evaluating change requests and cost impacts

• Maintain cost control systems and financial records

• Prepare periodic cost reports for project management

• Coordinate with planning commercial and delivery teams on cost related matters

Qualifications :

Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
