ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Review assess and approve contractor submittals including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) method statements and material approvals.
- Monitor and witness inspections and tests of construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site quality inspections and audits to verify adherence to approved drawings specifications and standards.
- Identify quality issues non-conformances and deviations and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports records and documentation for all QA/QC activities.
- Coordinate with project teams contractors and consultants to ensure proper quality control practices are implemented.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the project.
Key Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or relevant discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within a Supervision Consultant environment.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Experience in reviewing and approving contractor submittals (ITPs method statements material approvals).
- Strong knowledge of construction inspections testing and quality standards.
- Ability to identify quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
- Certified Quality Professional (e.g. ASQ CQI IRCA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication reporting and coordination skills.
