What youll build

You will lead highimpact projects that help customers transform their businesses throughSAP implementations and AIenabled solutions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes technology adoption and longterm partnerships across the Middle East.

In this role you will:

• Driveendtoend deliveryof complex projects spanning multiple business units partners and vendors.
• Shape customer engagements early by contributing tobid and proposal activities defining delivery approach governance scope and risk.
• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes with a strong focus onAI adoption and value realization.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers building sustainable longterm relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate crossfunctional and crossorganizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Proactively manage risks issues and escalations taking ownership of deescalation and recovery activities when needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and longterm concepts that strengthen how projects are executed regionally.

What you bring

You bring structured project management expertise strong stakeholder skills and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable operating across cultures navigating ambiguity and staying focused on outcomes.

You bring:

• 25 years of project management experiencedelivering mediumscale mediumrisk projects.
• Experience leadingcrossfunctional and distributed teamswithin a formal project management methodology.
• Handson experience managing full project lifecycle artifacts (e.g. project charter plans schedules budgets financials and reporting).
• Strong capability inproject financial management including tracking actuals forecasting and communicating financial status.
• Proven experience managing scope quality issues and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working within contractual delivery frameworks including formal review and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to present delivery approaches clearly.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries and nationalities.
• Fluency inEnglishis required;Arabic is a strong advantage
