About the Role

As a Project Director you are the conductor of our orchestrathe one who ensures that every piece from creative to operations blends together to deliver a worldclass event. You will lead the full life cycle of a project from pitch through working across departments managing stakeholders and delivering outstanding results.

What Youll Do

Take Ownership from Pitch to WrapUp Oversee every aspect of the event lifecycle.

Lead & Inspire Manage mentor and develop your project team.

Be the Clients Strategic Partner Manage relationships ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Create & Execute the Master Plan Own the project timeline workflows and operations.

Align CrossFunctionally Work closely with programming creative sponsorship production and logistics teams.

Develop & Deliver Against KPIs Set measurable goals and drive team success.

Own the Guest Experience Ensure every touchpoint delivers a seamless highimpact journey.

Integrate Sponsorship & Marketing Maximize ROI for clients partners and sponsors.

Manage Commercial Performance Own budgets revenue streams and P&L responsibility.

Oversee Licensing & Compliance Work with authorities venues and stakeholders to ensure approvals.

Solve Problems in Real Time Make quick strategic decisions in highpressure situations.

Wrap Up Like a Pro Lead final reconciliations debriefs and reporting to refine future projects.

About You

Youre a senior event professional with a proven track record of leading large complex projects. You should be:

What You Need to Apply

10 years of experience managing complex highprofile event projects.

Previous experience in the Middle East.

Background in festivals sports and/or largescale public events.

A valid driving license.

Fluent written & spoken English.

Bonus Points if You

Have successfully managed multisite events.

Speak read and write Arabic.
