ملخص الوظيفة

Black and Grey HR is hiring a Project Coordinator for a leading building materials company. This is a hands-on role focused on coordinating project-related activities supporting the sales function and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from enquiry through delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized commercially aware and experienced in the premium sanitaryware tiles design or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team on quotations project documentation order details and other commercial requirements.

- Support the sales process by ensuring project information timelines and client requirements are accurately tracked and communicated.

- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients responding to enquiries and coordinating timely resolutions.

- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the project lifecycle from initial enquiry to final delivery.

- Keep CRM and internal systems updated with accurate customer project quotation and order information.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client and project requirements.

- Prepare and maintain project-related reports sales updates and performance summaries for management.

- Monitor multiple ongoing requirements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Handle client concerns professionally and adopt a proactive solutions-focused approach to resolving issues.

- Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with premium clients and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

- 5 years of relevant experience preferably within the sanitaryware tiles building materials interiors or construction industry.

- Strong coordination organization and time-management capabilities.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing abilities.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and service quality.

- Comfortable working with high-end clients and managing detailed or complex project requirements.

- Ability to remain composed under pressure and take ownership of problems through to resolution.

- A professional proactive and customer-oriented approach is essential.
