-Review shop drawings and manage production schedules.
-Supervise workshop and site operations ensuring quality safety and efficiency.
-Coordinate with design procurement and project teams to streamline workflow.
-Oversee craftsmen machinery maintenance and supplier performance.
-Manage ERP input/output monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in industrial Production Architecture or Applied Arts Engineering.
-79 years experience in furniture or wood manufacturing.
-Strong knowledge of joinery production materials and installation techniques.
-Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and ERP systems.
-Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
