Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Urologist embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Dubai.
This role is focused on comprehensive urological health management early detection of urological malignancy and long-term functional optimisation within a high-net-worth population with international travel and multi-residence lifestyles.
You will oversee clinical care across prostate health uro-oncology screening pathways renal tract disorders male fertility considerations and functional urology including lower urinary tract symptoms and complex voiding dysfunction. A strong emphasis is placed on early cancer detection (prostate bladder renal) coordinated imaging pathways and integration with oncology services across Europe the UK and the United States when escalation is required.
The role also includes an executive mens health component integrating metabolic hormonal and urological assessment into a unified preventive care model.
You will operate within a discreet multidisciplinary governance structure alongside internal medicine oncology and preventive medicine physicians.
Requirements
Recognised medical degree from UK Ireland EU USA Canada Australia or New Zealand
CCT / Board certification in Urology
Minimum 815 years post-specialisation experience
Strong background in uro-oncology and functional urology
Experience in private practice executive health or UHNW patient populations preferred
Surgical competence in core urological procedures required
Exposure to robotic surgery or advanced minimally invasive techniques advantageous
Fluent English essential
High discretion and ability to operate within confidential family structures
Willingness to be based in Dubai with international travel flexibility
