Planning Engineer

Dream Communication System LLC, a leading company in the construction industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by developing comprehensive plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify project requirements.

- Analyze project risks and provide mitigation strategies.

- Prepare reports and updates on project status.

- Utilize project management software to track project milestones.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in construction project planning.

- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in project planning.

- Knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
