ملخص الوظيفة
I. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations and monitoring of payment channels (success rates, stability, etc.)
Monitor deposit/withdrawal transaction data, identify and resolve anomalies
Handle user payment issues and abnormal orders to enhance the payment experience
Assist in integrating and maintaining third-party payment channels
Generate basic data reports and support operational analysis
Collaborate with risk control and compliance teams to execute relevant processes
II. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in finance or accounting
Proficiency in both Chinese and English (required)
Open to all nationalities; preference given to candidates of Chinese descent
Experience Requirements:
Preference given to candidates with 2–3 years of experience in payments, finance, or the internet industry
Experience requirements may be waived for candidates with the following qualities:
Quick thinking and fast response time
High numerical aptitude
Strong understanding of financial systems or cash flow
Strong learning ability and high initiative
Basic data processing skills (Excel)
Meticulous, strong execution skills, and excellent communication skills
Total Compensation: 7,500–9,800 AED
Location: Downtown Dubai (near the Museum of the Future)
Fixed Bonus:
Awarded based on annual performance evaluation: 13–16 months’ salary
