- Provide non-emergency medical transportation services to patients.
- Provide medical support at events and sites.
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs during transport.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment onboard the ambulance.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with dispatch and medical staff to coordinate transportation logistics.
- Adhere to all company protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
- Valid Paramedic certification recognized in the UAE (DCAS DOH MOH).
- Current BLS ACLS PALS and PHTLS (or IHTLS) certification.
- Valid UAE drivers license is an advantage.
- Previous experience in non-emergency patient transport preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Physically fit to assist patients with mobility needs.

Required Skills:
