Your Role

We are looking for anOrderFulfillment & Logistic Managerto ensure the efficient execution of theOrderto Cash (OTC) process fromorderconfirmation to delivery and installation (D&I). You will play a critical role in deliveringan exceptionalcustomer experience whilemaintainingcost efficiency. This role involves managing third-partylogistics(3PL)optimizinglogisticscosts and supporting sales forecasting processes to achieve businessobjectives.

Your Impact

• Oversee the end-to-endOrderto Cash process ensuring customer expectations are metregardingexperience and cost efficiency.

• Ensure the implementation and achievement of KPIs related to TECHNOGYM CARE activities.

• Proactively manage 3PLs ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and deliveringa superiorD&I customer experience.

• Collaborate with the sales team to minimize backlog reduce slippage and support sales objective achievement.

• Ensureaccurateand compliantinvoicing adhering to local fiscal laws and IFRSGroup RevenueRecognition policies.

• Assist the Country Manager in developingaccurateand reliable sales forecasts (monthly quarterly semester year-end).

• Maintainhigh standardsof data quality consistency and reliability inorderprocessing and portfolio management.

• Guarantee an effective Close the Loop process aligned with Technogym policies.

• Promote governance and compliance within theOrderto Cash process.

• Drive continuous improvement in logistic costs stock optimization and lean effective OTC processes.

• Build and lead a competent customer-oriented and engaged team.

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a high degree of empathy. You arehands-onand willing to play the game on the field supporting the team as well asproactiveand capable of being a change agent.

What you should bring:

• Proven experience inOrderFulfillment Logistics Management or a related field ideally within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience withdemonstratedexpertisein managing end-to-endlogisticsandorderfulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management delivery & installation processes and importation (overseas).
• Financial acumen and cost management capabilities.
• Proficient in project management problem-solving negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership that inspires colleagues and customers combined with team management and high empathy.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
