An organized and experienced Operations Manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build

What Youll Do:

Manage daily operations including project planning and scheduling
Lead and guide project managers supervisors and technicians
Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
Coordinate with clients vendors and subcontractors
Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions
Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

5 years experience in swimming pool construction landscaping or similar fields
Strong leadership and project management skills
Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Degree in construction management landscape architecture or related field is a plus
