Key Responsibilities
Own go-to-market end-to-endbuilding a strong brand driving the customer funnel and scaling supply through the Top User program and community-led acquisition.
1) Brand & Positioning
Define positioning messaging brand voice and core narratives (trust value social-first resale)
Own creative direction for content campaigns and launch moments
Build a repeatable content engine (UGC creators community stories drops)
2) Growth Funnel (Acquire Activate Retain)
Own acquisition plan across paid organic (social influencer partnerships referrals)
Set funnel KPIs and reporting: CAC activation first purchase rate repeat rate
Collaborate with product on conversion optimization (landing pages onboarding first-listing/first-buy)
3) Supply and Community Programs (Grow Inventory Power Sellers)
Strong execution operator: can build playbooks run campaigns and measure results
Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity; hands-on and fast
Arabic and previous experience in the UAE is preferred
Compensation
Up to AED 20K/Month meaningful stock options
High-ownership role shaping brand growth engine and supply flywheel
Preferably own visa or golden visa holder
