Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Support lead generation initiatives aligned with sales objectives. Coordinate promotional activities events and corporate communications. Assist in launching new service offerings and market expansions. Digital Marketing & Content Management Manage social media platforms and digital engagement strategies. Create and publish marketing content including posts blogs newsletters and case studies. Support website updates and ensure content alignment with brand messaging. Monitor SEO paid ads and online marketing performance metrics. Branding & Communication Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials. Develop brochures presentations and marketing collateral. Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and success stories. Support public relations and corporate communication initiatives. Market Research & Analysis Conduct competitor analysis and industry research. Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Analyze customer insights and engagement trends. Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and revenue strategies. Support CRM campaigns and email marketing initiatives. Maintain marketing budgets and track ROI. Provide regular updates to management on campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. 25 years of experience in marketing preferably in B2B or service industries. Experience in outsourcing staffing or HR services is an advantage.
