Join Emirates Stallions Group, a premier provider of Landscaping Services in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and take on the role of Landscape Maintenance Manager. This pivotal position involves overseeing the comprehensive maintenance of our landscape division. We are in search of a dynamic professional with a proven track record in team management and project oversight across the UAE, coupled with a solid foundation in core landscape maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute landscape maintenance plans to uphold the health and aesthetic appeal of all landscapes.
- Lead a team in charge of landscape upkeep tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Supervise multiple landscape maintenance projects concurrently to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and promptly address any issues.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for effective landscape maintenance operations.
- Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to maintain alignment with original landscape visions.
Requirements & Skills:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in landscape maintenance, demonstrating expertise in managing diverse projects.
- Ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and pest management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to efficiently manage and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in thriving in a fast-paced setting and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Landscape Management or related certification is highly advantageous.
