Job Summary:

We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed hotel in Dubai UAE. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and supporting smooth kitchen operations by assisting chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment utensils and work areas
Wash dishes pots pans and cutlery
Maintain cleanliness of floors walls and storage areas
Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste management standards
Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials
Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation when required
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Salary: 40000 per month

Requirements

Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel kitchen / stewarding preferred
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Physically fit and able to work long duty hours
Basic English communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
