We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced food service environment. The Kitchen Helper will assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation cleaning and organization tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation such as washing peeling and chopping ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment workstations and utensils
Wash dishes pots and pans manually or using industrial dishwashers
Take out garbage and clean kitchen waste areas
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items and ingredients
Follow all food safety hygiene and health regulations
Assist chefs and cooks as needed during busy meal times
Refill supplies and maintain stock levels in the kitchen
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
