The ideal candidate will support planning scheduling and progress monitoring activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules work programs and progress reports.
- Support project planning and coordination activities for high-rise building projects.
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying delays and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams consultants and subcontractors regarding planning activities.
- Review project drawings construction schedules and technical documents.
- Assist in resource planning productivity tracking and project reporting.
- Prepare planning records reports and project documentation.
- Support the preparation of look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera is required.
- Basic understanding of project planning and scheduling processes.
- Good analytical communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
