Insulator

• Install insulation on HVAC ductwork chilled water pipes refrigerant lines and related equipment.
• Measure cut and fit insulation materials such as glass wool rock wool foam elastomeric and calcium silicate.
• Apply insulation cladding where required.
• Seal joints seams and openings using tapes adhesives mastics or sealants.
• Read and interpret insulation drawings isometric layouts and specifications.
• Ensure proper thickness density and coverage as per project requirements.
• Carry out insulation removal repair and replacement when required.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians pipe fitters and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of insulation materials.
• Follow safety procedures especially while handling fiberglass and working at heights.

Qualifications :

• Experience in HVAC / MEP / Oil & Gas insulation works.
• 25 years of experience in HVAC/industrial insulation.
• ITI / relevant educational background.
• Knowledge of insulation materials and application methods.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Skilled in measuring cutting and finishing insulation work.
