ملخص الوظيفة
Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers AHUs FCUs VRF/VRV systems ducting and piping.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry codes safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
Handle refrigerant recovery charging and leak detection in compliance with environmental regulations.
Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Maintain accurate service records reports and inventory of spare parts.
Coordinate with project engineers and other technical teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Respond to emergency repair calls and ensure minimal downtime of systems.
Diploma / ITI in HVAC Mechanical or related field.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in residential commercial or industrial projects.
Certification in HVAC maintenance and repair (preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls and components.
Proficiency in using HVAC tools gauges and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals schematics and blueprints.
Understanding of refrigerant handling and environmental safety practices.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor heights confined spaces).
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
