Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards UAE regulations and promoting a strong safety culture across infrastructure and building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) and ISO 45001 standards
- Review and approve RAMS JSA and Risk Assessments
- Conduct site inspections audits and safety assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce compliance
- Prepare HSE reports (daily weekly monthly)
- Deliver safety training inductions and toolbox talks
- Promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all project activities
- Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (International)
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
Experience Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in Infrastructure Building / Villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH)
- Expertise in ISO 45001 standards and audits
- Risk assessment and incident investigation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree (Mandatory) NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (International) ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification. Experience Skills & Competencies Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in Infrastructure Building / Villa construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) Expertise in ISO 45001 standards and audits Risk assessment and incident investigation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
