Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading UAE-based manufacturing and engineering solutions company with a strong presence across the packaging industrial and engineering sectors. Known for its commitment to quality innovation and operational excellence the organization has built a strong reputation for delivering world-class solutions across the region.

We are currently hiring an HR Admin Emiratization to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati fresh graduates who are looking to start and grow their career in Human Resources within a dynamic and professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support day-to-day HR administrative operations and maintain employee records.

-Provide general administrative support to the HR team and internal departments.

-Assist with onboarding formalities documentation and employee file management.

-Update and maintain HR databases attendance records and leave tracking systems.

-Prepare HR letters reports and other administrative documents as required.

-Assist in handling employee queries and support day-to-day HR coordination activities.

Requirements

-UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.

-Fresh Graduate or Diploma degree in HR

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Passionate about building a career in Human Resources and eager to learn.

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 3 years of marble/granite factory maintenance experience. - Mandatory experience with CNC and stone-cutting machinery. - Willingness to work in a high-demand production environment.
