Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation software
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the service team
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with service staff to manage table rotations and special seating requests
Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times
Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury or fine dining restaurant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Wellgroomed and presentable at all times
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Positive attitude and team spirit
