General Technician – Hotel Industry

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Technician to join our hotel maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance troubleshooting and repair works to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

• Perform routine maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  

• Handle electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry repairs
  

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks as per schedule
  

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and repair breakdowns
  

• Maintain lighting systems and power distribution
  

• Repair water supply lines drainage systems and sanitary fittings
  

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards
  

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
  

• Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments
  

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or related field
  
• Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel maintenance
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
  
• Basic English communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
