Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver consistently high-quality teaching aligned with the National Curriculum for England
* Lead the FS2 team in planning assessment moderation and curriculum delivery
* Use data and assessment tools effectively to drive progress and improve outcomes
* Support and mentor teachers within the year group fostering a collaborative and reflective team culture
* Promote a positive inclusive and engaging learning environment for all pupils
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers building strong partnerships
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the senior leadership team
* Ensure consistency and excellence in teaching and learning across the year group
* Support behaviour for learning and wellbeing strategies aligned with school policy
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Education (.) or PGCE with QTS
* Minimum of 3 years experience teaching in a primary setting (UK curriculum preferred)
* Previous experience in a middle leadership role or readiness to step into leadership
* In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and sound pedagogical practice
* Proven impact on pupil progress and achievement
* Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
* ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage
