Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
* Lead training programs specifically for retention agents handling UK market clients
* Deliver advanced training on client retention reactivation and revenue maximization within the Forex trading space
* Train and mentor retention teams on objection handling upselling cross-selling and long-term client engagement
* Conduct weekly onboarding sessions and structured performance evaluations
* Develop high-performing target-driven UK retention teams
* Manage and scale large teams (100 retention agents)
* Drive client lifetime value (LTV) and retention-focused revenue strategies
* Monitor and optimize KPIs such as retention rate client activity and revenue per client
Financial Markets & Product Training:
* Train internal teams on financial markets including Forex Stocks Indices Commodities and Cryptocurrencies
* Ensure strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently educate and retain UK-based clients
* Support teams in handling experienced and high-value traders
IB & Partner Management:
* Oversee Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate relationships aligned with retention goals
* Manage partner performance commission structures and engagement
* Ensure brand consistency across all partner and client interactions
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Forex Trainer in UK market retention
* Strong background in retention of UK-based Forex clients
* Solid knowledge of financial markets (Forex Stocks Commodities Crypto)
* Experience training internal teams on trading products and market fundamentals
* Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale retention teams (100 agents)
* Hands-on experience in client calling retention and revenue generation
* Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
* KPI-driven mindset with focus on retention LTV and revenue growth
