- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise mechanics welders electricians and technicians.
- Allocate jobs and ensure timely maintenance work.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory tools and spare parts.
Requirements:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in workshops.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment repair.
- Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
