ملخص الوظيفة
Analyze architectural structural and MEP drawings to prepare cost estimates.
Prepare accurate BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
Solicit and analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documents and commercial proposals.
Identify costsaving options through value engineering.
Track market prices for materials labor and services.
Prepare cash flow projections and cost reports.
Participate in tender meetings and clarification sessions.
Coordinate with project and procurement teams for finalization.
Maintain estimation database and pricing history for future reference.
Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in the UAE (highrise projects).
Knowledge of construction materials local market rates and labor costs.
Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation software (e.g. Candy).
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Valid UAE Driving License required
