ملخص الوظيفة

Black & Grey HR is hiring an Engineer Planning MEP for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage planning scheduling and coordination activities for MEP works across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare monitor and update project schedules for MEP activities using Primavera

-Coordinate with project teams site engineers consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution

-Track project progress and prepare daily weekly and monthly planning reports

-Review project drawings technical documents and work schedules to support execution activities

-Identify project delays risks and critical activities and recommend corrective actions

-Ensure all planning activities align with project timelines quality standards and client requirements

-Support resource planning material tracking and project coordination activities

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-310 years of experience in MEP planning within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and AutoCAD

-Good understanding of MEP systems project scheduling and site coordination

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation

-Strong analytical communication and coordination skills

Required Skills:

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. -Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies. -Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office. -Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations. -Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams. -Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
