Job Title: Electrician
Install maintain and repair wiring control panels and electrical systems in line with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards or defects and perform preventive maintenance.
Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and repair or replace faulty components.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve electrical issues promptly and minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of repairs inspections and maintenance activities.
Test electrical systems and ensure functionality before handing over to operations.
Provide technical support during installation of new equipment or machinery.
Essential Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma / Trade Certification in Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrician (industrial commercial or residential).
Knowledge of electrical codes safety regulations and troubleshooting techniques.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in handling electrical wiring panels and equipment.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Good understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to work in various environments and handle manual tasks.
