Directors of Admissions and Marketing

Location: School-based - Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit Directors of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) to join our expanding network of schools across the UAE.

We are looking for dynamic strategic and creative leaders to drive student enrolment strengthen school reputation and ensure every family experiences exceptional service at every stage of their journey - from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond.

We seek individuals to join as a Directors of Admissions & Marketing where your focus will be:

• Leading the schools Marketing Admissions and Communications (MAC) strategy to drive new enrolments and ensure strong re-enrolment rates.

• Delivering an outstanding Family Experience Journey ensuring families receive first-class service at every touchpoint.

• Developing and executing the schools brand marketing communications and digital strategy to position the school competitively in the market.

• Using data and insights to analyse performance forecast pipeline activity and guide continuous improvement.

• Managing the MAC budget to deliver maximum impact and efficiency.

• Overseeing Salesforce (CRM) data integrity ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.

• Coaching and developing a high-performing MAC team fostering collaboration creativity and excellence.

• Building strong relationships with regional and central MAC teams as well as external partners such as relocation agents feeder schools embassies and corporate networks.

• Degree qualification in marketing communications business or a related field (essential)

• Minimum seven years experience in marketing brand building or enrolment management roles within a service-driven environment

• Proven ability to lead coach and develop teams to achieve commercial objectives

• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) analytics and data-driven decision-making

• Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation collaboration and growth

• Experience within education or the premium service sector (advantageous)
