The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven Director of Affiliate Programs / Affiliate Network Development Specialist with a founders this role you will be solely focused on scaling our multi-tiered affiliate program attracting high-yield affiliates and driving growth in the regional ecosystem.

Compensation Structure (Unlimited Scalability):

We offer an aggressive revenue-sharing model designed to exponentially grow your passive income:

1. Guaranteed base salary: $100 to $300 per month.

2. Direct Sales Commission: Instant 8% commission on every closed direct contract.

3. 10-tier passive income system: Earn progressive percentages on the total turnover of your built network up to 10 levels (Level 1 starts at 8% Level 2 at 5% and Level 10 at 0.25%).

4. Cash bonuses for achieving goals: Additional instant bonuses from $25 to $12500 as your networks turnover grows.

5. The company covers office rent utilities promotional materials and additional expenses for maintaining a regional office in the candidates country of residence.

Real Income Potential: $1500 to $10000 per month depending on network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Active network building: Recruiting developing and managing a highly effective team of sub-affiliates partners and clients.

Strategic Implementation: Conducting online presentations and webinars (Zoom) to introduce Assetaras AI tools to network leaders.

Growth Acceleration: Implementing sales incentive programs to increase monthly gross activity.
