Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification analysis and automation of Finance processes using AMP and related digital tools.

• Assist in the development testing and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and document current and future-state processes.

• Support project planning tracking and execution activities across multiple automation initiatives.

• Maintain project documentation action logs status updates and meeting follow-ups.

• Help identify risks issues dependencies and escalation needs to support on-time delivery.

• Contribute to process improvement activities through data analysis workflow mapping and documentation.

• Prepare presentation materials and progress updates for stakeholders and leadership.

• Support change adoption efforts through clear communication and documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of digital transformation and finance automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree program inComputer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Management Information Systems Data Analysis Data Science Artificial intelligence Business Analytics Business Intelligence or/ and Industrial Engineeringor a related technical discipline.

• Max 2 years of project-based internship training or/and work experience.

• Strong interest infinancial process automation analytics and digital transformation.

• Exposure to or working knowledge ofPower BI; familiarity with Artificial Intelligence automation toolsis an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especiallyExcelandPowerPoint.

• Based in theUnited Arab Emiratesand eligible to participate in an internship program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated initiative ownership and interest in project coordination or project management.

• Basic understanding of data modeling SQL or reporting concepts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with process documentation dashboard development or workflow automation.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within deadlines.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
