We are hiring a Digital Adoption Specialist to support global digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate must have experience in instructional design customer-facing roles or technical writing combined with technical knowledge in JavaScript HTML CSS and strong communication skills.
Collaborate with global teams to understand applications workflows and training needs.
Manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
Develop standards guidelines and compliance-driven deliverables.
Propose innovative adoption solutions and optimize user engagement.
Review analyze and refine digital adoption materials and processes.
26 years of experience in Instructional Design Technical Writing Customer Success Account Management or Software Development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Business Administration or related fields.
Ability to work in a fast-paced problem-solving environment.
Exposure to ERP/CRM/CLM systems (Salesforce MS Dynamics SAP Oracle).
Experience working across diverse global cultures.
Certifications in Instructional Design / Technical Writing.
