Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager Technical for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination design review BIM integration and execution support across large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical activities for high-rise building projects.
- Review construction drawings technical specifications and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants design teams subcontractors and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering-related issues.
- Oversee BIM coordination between architectural structural and MEP disciplines.
- Review and manage Revit models BIM deliverables and AutoCAD drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project standards authority requirements and company procedures.
- Assist in technical submissions material approvals and design coordination activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain technical documentation reports and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong technical coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
