Eton Institute is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Course Enrollment Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This role combines sales customer service learner support and office administration responsibilities making it ideal for a professional who enjoys a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone email online walk-in and face-to-face consultations.

Advise prospective learners on language courses professional training and educational solutions.

Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Handle enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up on leads quotations and registrations.

Support learner onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.

Assist with class assignments training material distribution and resolving learner or teacher concerns.

Provide reception coverage and support the day-to-day operation of the centre.

Support office management activities maintain common areas and assist with office opening and closing procedures when required.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales customer service enrolment administration or a similar role.

Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce is an advantage.

Previous experience within the education training or language learning industry is preferred.
