Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations contract administration cost management budgeting and financial control of large-scale MEP projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee budgeting cost control forecasting and financial reporting for project activities.
- Manage contracts variations claims and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and clients on commercial matters.
- Review project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and review commercial reports payment applications and final accounts.
- Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes related to MEP works.
- Review AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for commercial and coordination purposes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations company policies and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong understanding of commercial management contracts cost control and project finance.
- Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively.
