Black & Grey HR is partnering with a retail organization in the UAE to appoint a Chief Executive Officer. The role carries full accountability for shaping strategic direction strengthening organizational capability and ensuring sustainable profitability across a complex multi-site operating environment.
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the medium- and long-term business agenda in line with shareholder expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities across market expansion format development partnerships and portfolio optimization.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable business plans and execution roadmaps.
2. Commercial & Operational Performance
- Drive revenue growth margin enhancement and overall business productivity.
- Oversee end-to-end retail operations to ensure consistency in execution customer delivery and service standards.
- Monitor business performance through clear KPIs and implement corrective action where required.
3. Financial Stewardship
- Lead annual planning budgeting and capital allocation decisions.
- Ensure disciplined cost management while protecting growth investments.
- Maintain strong oversight of financial health profitability and cash performance.
4. Organization & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
- Strengthen organizational capability succession depth and leadership culture.

- Maintain strong engagement with shareholders board members and key external stakeholders.

Requirements
- 20 years in a senior executive leadership role within a high-scale consumer-facing business.
- Strong track record of leading complex multi-unit operations with full P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation growth acceleration and operational improvement.
- Strong commercial judgment combined with strategic and executional depth.
- Familiarity with the UAE business environment is required.
