Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Chef De Cuisine specializing in Greek cuisine to join a prestigious restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen team in crafting authentic and innovative Greek dishes that delight guests and uphold the restaurants reputation for excellence.
In this role you will oversee menu development kitchen operations staff training and quality assurance ensuring the highest culinary standards are met consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Create and refine a menu highlighting traditional and contemporary Greek cuisine.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain smooth operation and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Control inventory sourcing premium ingredients characteristic of authentic Greek flavors.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor kitchen efficiency and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements
