Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth within the IT sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients focusing on understanding their needs for AI products and staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that effectively address client requirements and highlight offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the software development and staffing industry.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in IT sales or staffing/recruitment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent understanding of AI products and the ability to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
