Were recruiting a Business Coordinator for one of our clients who is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai UAE.

With a strong commitment to quality operational excellence and advanced manufacturing technologies the company has established a solid reputation for delivering high-performance products and integrated production solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all departments to track progress on ongoing tasks projects and key initiatives
- Gather verify and consolidate operational updates into structured reports for the CEO
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines across departments
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams
- Identify delays gaps or risks and escalate them proactively
- Prepare summaries dashboards and briefing notes for management meetings
- Support the CEO in monitoring business performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain organized records of reports communications and key decisions
- Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in management or engineering
- 510 years of experience in Business Coordination or Project Coordination
- Excellent command of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
