We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Baker you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of high-quality baked goods ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Prepare and bake a diverse range of breads pastries cakes and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality
- Monitor baking processes and adjust oven temperatures or baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings
- Respond to customer feedback and special requests in a timely manner
- Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to continually improve skills and product quality
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial setting with strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment
- Passion for baking and creating high-quality products with creativity in developing new items
- Excellent attention to detail ability to follow recipes precisely and basic math skills for measurements
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts weekends and holidays as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus
