The Assistant Manager Planning serves as the Planning Head of the Project Planning Department at Sobha PMC responsible for leading managing and integrating all pre-contract and post-contract planning functions across Infrastructure Landscaping 132 kV Substation Projects Lagoons and associated development packages for the assigned projects.
This leadership role ensures the timely delivery cost efficiency and high-quality execution of all PMC-supervised projects by establishing robust planning systems enhancing schedule reliability and enabling proactive decision-making. The Assistant Manager Planning acts as the central planning authority between Development PNCA Sobha PMC Consultants and Contractors ensuring full alignment of scope milestones resources and deliverables.
The role requires a visionary planning professional capable of integrating technical expertise strategic foresight digital analytics and team leadership to optimize PMCs overall Project Performance Framework enabling reliable forecasting risk-based decision-making and structured project governance.
