ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with experience in landscape and pool design to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing developing and executing residential outdoor living spaces that include custom pools patios gardens hardscaping and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional landscape and pool designs that align with client needs site constraints and budget.
- Create conceptual drawings 2D site plans 3D models and presentation renderings.
- Collaborate with project managers construction teams and clients throughout the design and build process.
- Prepare construction documents details and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct site analysis .
- Select materials plants lighting and finishes appropriate for outdoor environments.
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts clearly and professionally.
- Ensure design intent is maintained through construction with periodic site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Landscape Architecture or a related design field.
- 2 years of professional experience in outdoor design ideally in residential landscaping and/or pool design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Revit Adobe Creative Suite and/or Vectorworks.
- Strong understanding of outdoor construction methods drainage grading and plant selection.
- Excellent communication visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of permitting processes a plus.
