Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Cum Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at JST Limited Electronic LLC-O.P.C. This dual-role position combines administrative support with sales coordination playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office administration tasks maintaining accurate records supporting sales activities and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys growth in the competitive electronics industry. With a focus on organization communication and proactive problem-solving the Admin Cum Sales Representative will support both administrative workflows and sales initiatives to ensure smooth business operations and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including document preparation filing data entry and office supply coordination.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals quotations and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update customer databases CRM systems and sales records to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with sales team to schedule client meetings follow-ups and product demonstrations.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone email and in-person providing prompt and professional responses.
- Support order processing shipment tracking and delivery coordination with logistics partners.
- Prepare and organize reports related to sales performance inventory status and customer activity.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment on customer needs delivery timelines and service standards.
- Assist in organizing trade shows exhibitions and promotional events as required.
- Monitor and manage invoicing payment follow-ups and reconciliation processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask prioritize deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes customer service principles and electronic products is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in business administration is preferred.
- Professional demeanor positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field. Minimum 23 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (UAE experience preferred). Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
